Le Caribéen
Founded in 2014 in Paris by Grégory Boegly and Pascal Martin, Le Caribéen is a quick-service restaurant brand that combines the authentic flavors of the Caribbean with a modern street food concept. Their flagship product, the Bokit, has captivated customers with its originality: a crispy fried bread on the outside, soft on the inside, filled with various preparations inspired by Creole cuisine.
With rapid growth, particularly following the success of similar chains like O’Tacos, Le Caribéen chose to expand through franchising in 2021 to meet high demand.
